About Course

Learn the ins and outs of FileDrop and maximize your productivity in Google WorkSpace. FileDrop is available for Google Sheets, Slides and Docs and can be used for managing files in Google Drive as well.

In this course you will learn how to use all the FileDrop features and not so obvious tools that can save you many hours a week.

Although you can jump to any section or lesson without going through the entire course, we recommend our users  to follow them so they understand what they can use and how to use the different features. Chaining together a list of commands can turn FileDrop into an incredible productivity tool, ex:

  • Add receipt image > extract text > translate > insert in Sheet cell.
  • List files > rename
  • List files > share in bulk with different users
  • Bulk OCR > analyze with GPT AI function
  • etc.

The course is created with videos from our Youtube channel and organized in a way that makes sense for the user to learn about the basic features while also learning with practical examples.
